The hottest weather is in July and August. From November to April there is rainy weather, cold. Some tourists prefer to plan their vacation in Ksamil Albania for September-October, when it is still warm, but not hot, the water temperature allows swimming in the sea, there are fewer vacationers, and the prices are lower. A karst spring near Saranda called the «Blue Eye». It is powerful, knocking out of the ground at the foot of the mountain. In the center it is dark in color, like a pupil, and at the edges it is blue. Its approximate depth is 45 m, the water temperature is 14C. This natural monument is a well-known landmark, protected by UNESCO;

Konispol Caves. An ancient archaeological site of Albania. Traces of ancient human habitation from the prehistoric era have been found here. There are eight cave formations in total;

Lekures Castle. It is built on a hill, towering over the city of Saranda. This place offers a magnificent panorama of the surrounding area, especially beautiful here in the evening at sunset. The castle itself is built in the shape of a square with two round towers located at the corners. Next to the castle there is a restaurant built in the form of a miniature copy of it, even the walls are made of similar material.
